General Comments
Tim Hurley is registered to take the food sanitation class Oct 17/24.
The dish machine sanitizer chlorine is 50ppm.
Discussed with Debra that the 3-bay at the bar should be set up with the wash in the 1st basin, clean water rinse in the 2nd and sanitizer in the 3rd.

This facility will receive another reinspection before the end of 2005. If the facility receives a passing score with no major violations the facility can continue to operate as normal. If the facility does not obtain a passing score before corrections, if there are food handling and storage violations, or any recurring major violations observed, the facility will have to contact the KCHD before reopening in 2006. The facility must undergo a complete inspection, obtain a passing score without correcting and be found to be in compliance.
